quetric offers you easy handling and features you need. The system was designed for demanding commerce companies and covers all branches of e-commerce and retail business. In the first version, the system supports expenditure-output approach. We have not taken over unnecessary functionalities from old systems and have revised the entire logic to fit to your business. How do I connect quetric to Shopify?
quetric offers a simple interface to Shopify. If you choose quetric for Shopify, quetric automatically connects to your Shopify shop. You can control exactly which products are transferred, how the inventory management is to be carried out, how the communication with your customers is to be handled and much more. The invoices are automatically sent to the customers by quetric. You don't need an additional app from the Shopify Ecosystem. If you need help, our team is there to support you.
How long does it take to implement quetric?
In general the setup takes only a few minutes. If you want to connect your e-commerce shop from Shopify, the setup also takes a few minutes, as the data transfer is fully automated.
Is quetric available as a mobile app for smartphones?
quetric is a responsive web application. This means you can simply connect to quetric via your browser on your mobile phone and use all the functionalities on the go.
How can I work with my tax advisor?
Your tax consultant has free access to your data via an integrated tax consultant access. You can invite your tax consultant in the settings and manage their access accordingly. The tax consultant does not count as a user. That means in the standard version you still have access for two persons.
How to switch from an existing accounting software to quetric?
We have standardized interfaces to other platforms. Our experienced team is at your disposal and will support you in migrating the data from the other software to quetric.
Do I have to install quetric on my PC?
quetric is web-based solution and is suitable for all operating systems - whether you have a Mac, Windows PC or Linux PC. Your data are easily accessible from anywhere via your browser. Your data re stored safely in the cloud and we use one of the biggest AWS data centre in Europe.
I want to test quetric. Is that possible?
Yes, quetric offers you a one month free of charge option without any obligation. You can test all functionalities with your own data. The ease of use will convince you and you will love quetric. After the trial month you can just switch to a payment plan and continue working with the test data or reset the system and start from the scratch.
Is quetric GoBD compliant?
quetric is best suited for the self-employed. quetric takes care of the preparatory accounting. Balance Sheets are not possible. As a self-employed taxpayer, you are responsible for proper bookkeeping and a tax consultant or your accounting software will not change that. quetric meets the main requirements of the GoBD:
- Bookings and receipts can be stored unchangeably
- Timely recording of tax-relevant data
- Archiving of the data
- Traceability of the documentation and changes
Is quetric suitable for double-entry accounting?
In the first version, quetric only supports the income-surplus account (EÜR) or income-expenditure account in Austria (E/A). The system offers a DATEV export and all relevant data can be made available to the tax consultant and he can do any final work necessary.
